This recipe is rich and warm but also so easy and affordable! In my version of this comfort food classic, I add many vegetables but you can also add more: fresh peas, turnip, parsnips, cauliflower...
As for the red wine, you can avoid it but it does add a nice flavor to the sauce. I encourage you to use fresh herbs to season the dish however if they are not available, the dry stuff will do just as good. Serve this to your friends with a piece of crusty bread and enjoy!
When you cook the beef cubes, you may need to add more butter or oil during if the bottom of the pot goes dry to make sure nothing sticks.
List of Ingredients:

No Bake Cheesecake - Easiest Recipe EVAR !
This recipe is perfect if you're a begginner at making desserts or just for a simple weekday treat. You can use either full fat or reduced fat versions of all dairy products and it will not affect the final texture too much. You can put this cake in the frigde or the freezer depending on how firm you like your cheesecake to be. Here I am using cherry pie filling because it's my favorite but you can use any flavor you want. You could even use a good jam or preserve instead of pie filling. My grandmother makes this cheesecake almost every time we have a family dinner and it's always a big hit. People fight over who will get the leftovers and there are actually never any leftovers from this cake!
List of ingredients:
1/2 package of cream cheese
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 cup whipped cream
2/3 cup icing sugar
1 can of pie filling
1 pre-made graham cookie pie crust
