This is probably the best park in Montreal. All sorts of people like to hang out there and just enjoy the sun, the pond, to walk their dogs, ride bicyles or have a pic-nic! I should have a new cooking video very soon. Enjoy!

Mussels in White Wine Recipe
This is how my mother made mussels when I was a child. It was always a special treat but the truth is - theyre pretty easy to make. You can use either shallots or green onions as your base with the garlic. I recommend using butter instead of oil to give your dish a richer flavor. I like to add fresh lemon juice just before I serve them but you can skip that part if you dont have lemon that day. Mussels are often served with fries but I like them with rice and fresh salad.
List of Ingredients(for 2 people):
1 pound mussels
3 challots or green onions
2 cloves of garlic
bay leaves (optionnal)
a glass of white wine
1/4 lemon worth of juice
fresh parsley
salt and pepper
