You can pig out all you want on this thing because its actually good for you. There is no butter, oil or any type of fat in this recipe and you will see that it's still moist and delicious. You can have this for breakfast, as a snack or for dessert. You can top it with peanut butter, jam, fresh bananas, nutella, honey... anything! If you don't have wheat germ, you can replace it more flour or rolled oats. Enjoy!

2 brown bananas
1/3 cup of brown sugar
3 eggs
1/3 cup of wheat germ
1 cup flour
1 tsp of baking powder
Walnuts and/or dried fruits to taste, or chocolate chips if its for desert
