Maple Glazed Ham Recipe

This delicious glazed ham recipe is perfect for christmas or anytime during fall and winter! Impress your guests or family effortlessly by serving this decadently sweet dish. Versatile, you can pair it with almost any sidedish to make a spectacular meal: mashed potatoes, veggies, salad, rice…

If maple syrup is not easily available to you, replace it with honey. The texture and sugar levels are very similar and the result will be almost the same. These amounts are for a small ham, 1 ¾ lbs, so if yours is bigger, think of making more glaze!

List of ingredients:

HAM!!! (well, duh)
4 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp ground cloves
¼ tsp black pepper

This is the perfect food to warm you up on cold fall and winter days. As you will see, its easy to make, healthy and very affordable. You dont have to follow the exact list of vegetables im using. You can substitute them as you please, let your imagination, or whatever is in the fridge and needs to be eaten before it dies, get inside your soup!

Im using chicken stock here but you can use vegetable broth instead if you wanna keep vegetarian. Skip the parmesan if you wanna go vegan. You may also add lentils and other beans for more protein. Meat lovers can add pancetta or bacon to the mix!

1 cup of green string beans
1 large can of diced tomates
