Who doesn't like a good cupcake?! These are great for breakfast, dessert or a snack. Making your muffins and cupcakes at home is not only cheaper than buying the instant package but its also better for you because there is less fat and no preservatives. Also, you get to control the amount of sugar. Here Im using half a cup but you could either reduce or add more depending on how sweet your berries are to balance the taste of the final product. This batter is a good base for any kind of cupcake so if you have fruits about to go bad, just chop 'em up and make this recipe to save them! Enjoy!
