Apple and Garlic Pork Roast Recipe

If you were afraid to cook a roast because you think its hard to figure out how long you need to cook it or how to season it, I have the perfect recipe for you. This apple and garlic pork roast also has nutmeg and rosemary - all flavors that are absolutely divine with pork meat so you cant go wrong. I personally dont like to poke holes to stick whole garlic cloves in my roast but I do love the taste. Spreading it around with apples will give it the sweet and tangy taste youre looking for. The amounts listed here are for a 1 pound roast so from there, you can multiply if needed. As always, dont forget to play around with the amounts and the types of seasonings to make it your own or according to the side dish you will be having with it. Enjoy!
