Healthy no fat muffins with apples and cranberries

Here's an recipe for delicious healthy muffins. Makes part of a tasty breakfast or snack. You can replace the milk with soy milk or yogurt, the brown sugar for regular white granulated sugar and the cranberries by any dried fruits you love. Have fun changing the ingredients because the pleasure of eating comes from variety!

Ingredients:

1 pouch of instant regular oatmeal
1/2 cup of 2% milk
3 eggs
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 wheat germ
3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1tablespoon cinnamon
1 apple, peeled and diced
1/3 cup of dried cranberries
walnuts in halves (for topping)
any kind of bran flake cereal, broken down (optionnal)

Stuffed bell peppers with cheese and tomato sauce

This is my version of stuffed bell peppers. This recipe serves 2 people. I hope you try it yourself. Here is the list of ingredients:

1 bell pepper (any color you like)
1 medium carrot
2 cloves of garlic
1 challot
1/4 cup of frozen peas
1/4 cup of froen corn
1/4 pound of ground meat
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
1 small can of tomato sauce
1 cup of grated mozzarella or cheddar cheese
parsley (dried or fresh) to taste
salt and pepper
dried basil and oregano to taste
1 tablespoon of sugar (or brown sugar or honey or maple syrup)
olive oil and butter to cook
