Tonkatsu - Japanese pork chop recipe with dipping sauce

So easy you wont believe it! This is the proteine that goes with my previous video recipe: Takikomi Gohan! It's a very popular japanese breaded pork chop with a delicious dipping sauce to go with it. In Japan, they like Bulldog sauce but if you don't have access to that, an alternative is to make one yourself. You can also simply mix some mayo and sriracha and dip the tonkatsu in that and its delicious. If you are still unfamiliar with asian cuisine, this is the perfect gateway food for you.

Shepherd's Pie Recipe - Comfort Food Classic

When winter is at it's coldest, we all want a warm hearthy meal to comfort us at dinner time. This delicious shepherd's pie recipe tastes fancy enough for a weekend meal but is simple and quick enough to do on a week night as well. It was inspired from a Gordon Ramsay recipe but I decided to add the peas and corn to make it a little more colorful. Mushrooms would also be a great addition to this dish.
