Crispy Macaroni and Cheese with Bacon Recipe

Creamy macaroni in a 3 cheese blend sauce with bacon, challots and a crispy top made possible with my secret ingredient! PANKO! What's panko you ask? Well...

Here, Im using the fat from the bacon the create a roux for the cheese sauce and its delicious. I served it with some colored carrots on the side.

List of Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup of pasta
8 slices of bacon, chopped in small pieces
1 large challot, minced
1 tbsp of flour
1 cup of 2% milk
1 1/4 cup of shredded cheese (save 1/4 cup for the top)
2 tbps grated parmesan
1/3 cup of panko (japanese bread crumbs)
