Mixed beans and potatoes in florentine sauce recipe

Ingredients below! This is a delicious vegetarian meal that is cheap and easy to make. You could use whatever you like or just what you have for the tomato sauce. Using the stuff from the jar is perfectly fine, just pay attention to how much salt is already in there before you add more to the dish. You can serve this in a bowl to hold more sauce. Goes well with a glass of red wine and good company. Serves 2 to 4 portions. Enjoy!

1 can of mixed beans
2 cups of baby spinach
