Tonkatsu - Japanese pork chop recipe with dipping sauce

So easy you wont believe it! This is the proteine that goes with my previous video recipe: Takikomi Gohan! It's a very popular japanese breaded pork chop with a delicious dipping sauce to go with it. In Japan, they like Bulldog sauce but if you don't have access to that, an alternative is to make one yourself. You can also simply mix some mayo and sriracha and dip the tonkatsu in that and its delicious. If you are still unfamiliar with asian cuisine, this is the perfect gateway food for you.
