Making wontons... It's way easier than it seems, you just need some time to prepare all the noodles by hand really. For the filling you may use any ground meat you like: pork, beef, chicken, turkey. As for the soy sauce, I recommand using Kikkoman. It's my personnal favorite. And don't forget the green onions!
For the wonton wrapers, I will not show you a recipe because the goal here is for this to remain easy. You can buy wonton wrapers at the asian market but also in most grocery stores in the frozen section. Just look for the wong wing display. They offer a variety of good prepared chinese foods. Here I will show you 2 ways of folding the noodles but there are a few others. You can use egg wash to 'glue' them shut but water works fine too. I hope you enjoy!

3/4 pound ground pork
1/4 pound shrimp
3 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp ginger
3 green onions
1tbsp hoisin
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp instant chicken stock
1/2 package of wonton wrapers
sesame oil, salt and pepper to taste
